Just in case one of you didn't get the memo.... i'm a TERRIBLE blogger! Please just love me anyways! This summer has been alot of fun! Lots of trips, lots of work and alot of change! I moved out with Ashley Smith, Lexi Coy, Skye Taylor, and Tori (I don't know her last name). We live in a house by Weber State! It rocks! Stay tuned for pictures of our bachelorette pad!!! We moved in the first of July and it has been a BLAST! I am so grateful to have the chance to live with such awesome gals!

Trips for this summer as i have mentioned in other posts have included:

San Diego, California
Moab, Utah
Lake Powell (WhaWeap), Utah
Columbus, Ohio
Jackson Hole, Wyoming

And yet to come this summer are:

Guatemala (Chimaltenango)

ANYWHERE ELSE MY HEART DESIRES ;)

I'm afraid that with all this playing i'm never going to want to go back to school!!!

I was lucky enough to get to go to Lake Powell! i'll put a few of the picture on here. It was a great trip and eventful too! I spit my head open. Long story short someone didn't strap a wakeboard in the rack and while I was innocently sitting in the boat while we went for a luxury boat ride a board flew off the rack and the fin caught me right in the noggin! Just in case you didn't know... wakeboards and cabasa's don't mix well! I got a lovely 3 inch gash to the top of my head. It bled everywhere! ha ha I was okay. Some thought i should have got sticthes cuz it was so deep, but i didn't want them. The bleeding stopped so i was fine. I didn't let it slow me down. I partied my little heart out! I LOVE LAKE POWELL! I really feel like it is my heaven on earth!

Ohio

I went to Ohio over the fourth of July and saw the best fireworks I've seen yet. I went to visit Brigham Burton. He is awesome! We had a blast. We went to the fireworks, a Cincinnati Red's baseball game, an amusment park called King's Island, and toured Columbus. It was awesome! We even saw the Batmobile!!!

I'm still waiting to get my pictures on here from Jackson Hole. We Went river rafting with my singles ward.

I'm going to Guatemala to help in an orphanage on August 8th for two weeks. I'm so excited! It will be a great experience! I'll for sure post about this when i get back! ;)

My brother Justin is getting married to Nicole Parry on August 5th! I couldn't be happier! She is incredible and will be a great addition to our family!

My Sister Chelese is have another baby! YEAH! I'll be an aunt... AGAIN! She is due in November!

Our family is growing and I love it!

Summer Lovin'!!!

Don't let the title of this post fool you to think i have some hunk on the side that i'm loving ha i'm just loving SUMMER! I am out of school and just playing! Lots of trips and enjoying the outdoors! I've been hiking around ogden, rock climbing alot, little bit of long boarding and you name it... i've probably been doing it ;) I had the chance to go to to Haylie Miller's wedding in San Deigo. It was a quick trip but it was alot of fun! I'll post picture of it soon. I also had a chance to go to Moab with my family last week. We had a BLAST! My brother was up from PA (phyician's assistant) school in Arizona so we got to hang out the whole time. We went rock climbing alot while we were in Moab. We did all the other fun stuff Moab has to offer as well. I love that place. It's always a rocking good time! ;) I'll post pictures of that soon too! I'm off to Lake Powell this Thursday! I CAN'T wait! If i don't get pictures posted before I leave i'll put a bunch on when i get back! I love you all and hope everyone else is enjoying the summer too!

ROAD RUNNERS!

I ran my first half marathon last Saturday in the Ogden Marathon! It was so much fun! I ran it with my brother Justin.

The race started at Eden Park in the Valley, went up the spill way, down the canyon, trough the parkway and down to Grant Ave where we ran to 25th street and ended and the Ogden City park!

13.1 miles!

The farthest I had ever run was 12 miles so I ran farther than I ever had! YEA!

I would totally recommend it to anyone!

I GOT A MEDAL! ha ha

There are alot of other races going on this summer if anyone else wants to run with

me i'll let you know!

The Big Bummer

This past semester was a hard one for me! It wasn't so much that my classes were so hard, but life had alot of set back that made it really hard for me to focus and care about school. I've never been one to slack on my classes until this past sememster! It was terrible! So I just checked my grades for this past semester and I'm so bummed about them! They weren't so bad, but for this 4.0 child there were alot of foreign letters on there that I haven't seen before! Oh well, i'll just have to do better next sememseter. ;(

Sporting Events!

This has been an exciting sports filled month! I have been so lucky! I have got to go to three Jazz games... one in a suite and two other courtside on the 26th row!It was AWESOME! Not to mention my crush on their new forward guard #26 Kyle Korver! He is a looker! Like everyone says he looks like Ashton Kutcher! Ashton is HOT! ;) What do you think.... (The middle one is Kyle... just in case you couldn't tell.)

I LOVE JAZZ GAMES! They are SO fun! GO JAZZ!!!

This month I was also lucky enough to attend my first Utah Blaze game! For any of you who may not know about the Blaze it is indoor arena football! It was a blast (even though the Blaze aren't so good.) It felt like I was watching Weber high's football team (no offense) ha ha but it was still SO fun! I would definately recommend going at least once!

A Weekend to Remember!

PART 1 (Friday 3-14-08)

GNO (GIRL'S NIGHT OUT)

Last weekend was so fun! Friday night was GIRLS NIGHT! Paige, Kathryn, Ashley and me all went to Paige's house. I made homemade Tapioca Pudding. I was so excited because whenever i make Tapioca it NEVER works, but i did it and it actually turned out! YEAH! We also watched a movie (Dan in Real Life) and sat around and talked! It was so good to just spend quality time with friends! I've been so blessed to have the best friends in the whole world! ;)

PART 2 (Saturday 3-15-08)

LONESTAR CONCERT IN WENDOVER

Brent Keller came up with the great idea to go to the Lonestar concert! We packed up our friends Ashley Smith, Scott Wilson, Brent Keller, and myself and went to Wendover for the concert. Lonestar is super old school and it was way random to go, but it was SO MUCH FUN! There was this old lady in the concert who was so funny to watch dance the whole time! Scott was loving her so i had to video it for all of your viewing pleasure!

Ha After the concert we decided to each gamble $20 and see who comes out with the most. I hate gambling and think it is so dumb, but it was $20 so what the heck right... We played the slot machines. Everyone broke even and I won back the $20 i spent plus I WON $77 dollars!!! Ha HA it was so funny! I don't know how i got so lucky! I just put money in and CHING CHING CHING!!! The machine would go crazy and I would get more money back! I was so excited! I felt like they were more like ATM's than slot machines! ha ha It was great to win some cash but don't worry... I'm not addicted! ha ha There is something about smokey casinos and drunk people that just doesn't cut it for me! ; )

Yummy Yummy Chocolate Fountain!

This was after Lindsay Noble's Bridal Shower! The chocolate fountain was so yummy Ash and I couldn't help but dive right in! ha Literally! It was SO GOOD! If anyone is ever bored and up for so yummy chocolatey fun let me know! :)

WOW! I'm a really bad blogger! Sorry everyone! Who knows if you will even read this because you probably never look at my page anymore because you thought i died or something, but good news! This post has been inspired by Sara! (Thanks girl!) I must sincerely apologize for my lack of blogging lately! Please be patient with me... I'm still an amateur. : )

The most recent and exciting news would have to be that I WENT SKYDIVING! My parents watched from the ground as all of their kids took a turn jumping 13,000ft from an airplane at the Ogden airport. Way to hold it together like champs mom and dad! : )

My two brothers, me, Jason, my sister and her husband all engaged in this thrilling adventure. You are required to jump tandem your first five jumps. The man i was strapped to was SO awesome. Our jump made it his 7,777th jump. It was truly an out of this world experience! I loved it and would highly recommend it to ANYONE! It wasn't nearly as scary as I thought it would be! It's actually quiet relaxing and straight up AMAZING!

This clip doesn't show much besides the fact you can see the small aircraft I plummeted from to the ground. This is what is called... The take off!

13000ft later...This is a video of the landing. Only two of us could jump at a time. I'm the first one to land with the colorful parachute. : )

My sister Chelese and her husband Zac were proud to announce that on June 20, 2007 a 6 lb. 11 oz. 19 1/2 inch new addition came to their family! His name is Tegan Zac Mason. He is seriously the cutest baby in the WORLD! He came in style... check out that fohawk!
